Last Sunday's cup defeat hurt Blue Moon City. A lot.

But BMC appear to have chosen violence as their preferred form of therapy.

They responded with a thumping 6-0 away victory over Snakey Football Club, turning cup disappointment into six goals and three points.

Kramer was the star of the show, helping himself to a brilliant hat trick as Snakey were caught in the middle of BMC's recovery session.

The cup pain hasn't disappeared, but winning 6-0 certainly makes this week feel a little better.
