After every matchday, the league recognises the best individual and team performances. These awards are more than just bragging rights, they have a real impact on player development.
The best 11 players from the matchday are selected in a 4-3-3 formation: 1 goalkeeper, 4 defenders, 3 midfielders, and 3 forwards.
How players are picked: Every player who played in the matchday is ranked by their match rating within their position group. The highest rated players at each position make the team.
What selection does: Each Team of the Week appearance gives the player a form lift and a growth bump, both capped at 20. The form lift keeps a hot player riding their run so one off night cannot drag them back to single digits. The growth bump is small per week but stacks across the season, so a player who consistently makes the XI gets a meaningful development boost at the season update.
The Team of the Week is displayed on the league overview page as a pitch formation, and total selections are tracked in the league statistics and season reports.
The single highest rated player across all matches in the matchday is named Player of the Week.
What determines it: Pure match rating. The player who performed best on the day wins, regardless of position. A goalkeeper with a 9.2 rating beats a striker with a 8.8.
What winning does: On top of their Team of the Week bonus, the Player of the Week gets a bigger form lift and a bigger growth bump. The step up from "one of the best 11" to "the very best" matters, so winning this rarer honour accelerates development more sharply.
POTW awards are tracked on player profiles and in the league statistics page.
The manager whose team delivered the best overall performance in the matchday is recognised as Manager of the Week.
What determines it: This looks at how your team performed relative to what was expected. Beating a stronger team or winning convincingly counts more than a narrow win against a weaker side. It rewards smart tactical decisions, not just having the best players.
What winning does: Your club is paid 100 Rivs and the award counts toward your (with milestones at 1, 10, 50 and 100 MOTW selections).
Manager of the Week is tracked across the season and visible in the league statistics.

League Statistics: Season totals for TOTW selections, POTW awards, and Manager of the Week are available as rankings in the statistics tab.
Player Profile: Each player's career stats show how many times they've been selected for TOTW and POTW.
Season Report: At the end of the season, the report includes TOTW selection counts per player alongside their other stats.
