Invest Rivs weekly to improve your academy. The more you invest, the faster it improves.

Without investment, the academy rating slowly declines (minimum 2).

Your academy scouts a young prospect (aged 15-20) on a recurring schedule. Higher rated academies scout more often, from roughly two weeks apart at the lowest rating down to under a week at world class.

You can sign them for 500 Rivs or pass.

Offers expire after 30 days if not acted on.

Higher rated academies produce players with better skills and a higher chance of special traits. A world class academy occasionally turns out a real gem capable of competing with peak professionals; a starter academy almost never does.
